Robert has been in ministry since 1992 and joined Gateway Church in 2019 as Associate Pastor. Prior to coming to Gateway Church, Robert served in churches in North Carolina, Massachusetts, and Alabama. He is married to Joy, a “missionary kid” from Brazil. They love spending time with their kids: Jonathan, Caris, daughter-in-law Zippora, and granddaughters Lilah and Amora. In addition to his passion for building relationships and seeing God’s people discover and use their spiritual gifts for ministry, Robert also enjoys reading and having a good cup of coffee.
