Three great events have happened in the life of Engage College Ministries here at Gateway Church. One is our annual Jubilee conference in Pittsburg where nearly 4,000 college students gather together for worship, teaching, and workshops. This year’s theme was “Transform Everything” which centers around the idea of total life calling. Twenty-six of us attended the conference this year. Second is our spring break mission trip to Myrtle Beach, SC to work with Impact Ministries. We had eleven people go this year to work doing hotel ministry, beach ministry, shop ministry, and day camps in low income housing areas. Engage students loved especially working with the kids at the day camps where we basically did a VBS style program. Third we had four college students get baptized Easter Sunday which was very exciting. Our mission as EngageCollege Ministries is to connect college students with Jesus, one another, and the local church. Please celebrate with us all that God is doing to fulfill this mission for the renown of Jesus.
