A vital part of the youth ministry at Gateway Church is our priority of partnering with parents in the discipleship of students. One of the most important ways we do that is by challenging our students to live as if they are fully part of the church even though they are only “kids”. Which they ARE! There is no magic moment where a student is now able to serve, help lead, and see their gifts as part of what God is using within the church body. This article is a great encouragement for us to find ways to help our kids connect more fully into the church. It is a reminder that your teen can be serving somewhere in the church today!
